You are invited to submit an entry for our 43rd anniversary rally to be held at Yeovil Showground between Friday 2nd May and Monday 5th May 2025.

The closing date for entries is 21st March.

You are required to submit the registration number of both your exhibit and, where applicable, support vehicle on this form. You must inform us of any changes.

Support vehicles will be allowed into the rally area for the purpose of unloading, setting out and reloading exhibits only. Under no circumstances will any vehicles, other than authorised vehicles and emergency vehicles, be permitted to move within the rally site.

This form excludes craft tent entries and trade stands.

Regrettably, we are unable to offer a paper alternative to this form.

Abbey Hill Steam Rally Limited reserves the right to refuse entry at any time.

I/We declare that during the whole period of the rally my entry will be covered by a Public Liability Insurance Policy which includes rally use and, where necessary a Boiler Explosion Policy, both policies having a limit of indemnity of not less than £2,000,000. I further declare that in the case of any event taking place wholly or partly on the public highway, that vehicles hereby entered are covered by insurance as required by the Road Traffic Act (1960), which is valid for such part of this event that shall take place on roads as defined in the Act. I further declare that the boiler of any steam engine carries a current Board of Trade Inspection Certificate and that I will produce documentary evidence of such insurance and inspection before participating in the rally. I confirm that the driver or drivers of any vehicle entered holds and is not disqualified from holding a licence to drive a vehicle of the appropriate class. The Rally Committee and organisers cannot be held responsible for injury, damage or loss to persons or property, howsoever caused, during your visit to this event.
